Who am I?
How would you answer the question, “Who am I?” Some of us would answer that question in terms of our negative past experiences. But as Christians our identity is to be found in our relationship with Jesus Christ, not our negative experiences or sinful past. In this course we help Christians to become more aware that as a believer God expects you to have a personal relationship with him through Christ and how his changes how we think of ourself. The Bible also helps us to understand that when we decide to follow Christ we become a new creation. We need to be aware of our position and identity in Christ. Otherwise, the ways of the world and of Satan can get us believing the wrong things about who we really are. The question of “Who am I in Christ?” involves both privileges and responsibilities which we will explore in this course.*
